Just a little something...

I'm a big fan of Zach Braff on Facebook, he posts some hilarious stuff for his fans, and just recently shared a video on his page uploaded from December 2011 to YouTube, he recorded with his best friend, Scrubs' Turk (Donald Faison).



The video is a cover of Frank Loesser's "Baby It's Cold Outside" a Christmas classic, but with a JD and Turk twist, showcasing their beautiful bromance and adding some charming hilarity to a simple song.

It got me thinking, there are very few celebrities uploading YouTube videos, that are having their own YouTube pages, for instance with the multi talented Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel.

Here are some of my favourite videos, from two of my favourite actors/actresses who have a certain charming quality to them, which makes them even more endearing and stand out from the rest of Hollywood.



1. Zach Braff and Donald Faison share some Christmas joy and love with this brilliant, funny and very sunny cover of "Baby It's Cold Outside"(shot in L.A. none-the-less).




2. Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt have been best friends for 13 years, ever since they made the film Manic and reunited with the brilliant 500 Days of Summer, which happened to be an honest, non-sentimental and the exact opposite of a soppy romantic comedy, complete with a twist on the traditional Hollywood rom-com.

As both are musically talented, what with JGL's own creative company HitRecord and Zooey Deschanel with her band She & Him, (she writes and sings her own songs); these particular videos are surrounding the 500 Days film; the first is a video for Zooey's single "Why Do You Let Me Stay Here"




The second video is of Zooey and JGL performing "What Are You Doing New Years Eve", from Zooey's YouTube account hellogiggles, they uploaded two days before New Years Eve 2011. Charming. Cute. Zooey playing a ukulele and JGL harmonising with Zooey's beautifully deep but pixie like voice. It's an addictive watch.





Are there any actors/actresses who have uploaded brilliant videos that made you think they're above and beyond incredibly musically talented or funnier in their personal lives, when you thought they were incredibly boring. For instance Ricky Gervais uploads videos of what his face looks like in the bath, it's definitely a different idea of a great video.

The end is finally here
